Remote Sales Consultant — Start Part-Time, Go Full-Time

Shipley Legacy Group is hiring remote life insurance sales agents in the Cleveland, OH area who want to begin part-time and grow at their own pace. This is a remote, work-from-home position. It suits healthcare and corporate workers who aren't ready to leave current roles but want to build something real alongside them.

What you'll do

• Reach out to people who've already asked about life insurance coverage — no cold lists, no door-knocking
• Schedule and hold coverage conversations by phone or video, entirely from home
• Ask questions to understand a client's situation before walking through any options
• Work through policy choices together and help the client complete an application on the call
• Stay with the case after submission — keep the client informed while the carrier reviews it
• Log conversations, next steps, and case updates in the CRM as you work

Qualifications

• A state life insurance license, or a concrete plan to get one before your first sale
• A computer, a reliable phone, and a stable internet connection at home
• Comfort holding real conversations with people by phone or video
• Ability to manage your own follow-up and pipeline without external structure
• Consistent effort — part-time hours still need to be worked steadily, not sporadically

Compensation
