Remote Sales Consultant — Commission Sellers Welcome

Shipley Legacy Group is hiring remote life insurance sales agents in Poultney, VT to help individuals and families review coverage and apply for policies. This is a remote, work-from-home position. If you already earn on commission in another field, bring that discipline to a product with real weight behind it.

What you'll do

• Reach out to people who have already asked for information about life insurance
• Set and hold remote appointments to learn each family's situation before presenting anything
• Walk clients through their options clearly and help complete an application together
• Track each case through the review process and keep clients informed until a policy is issued
• Log activity and notes in the agency CRM as work happens
• Keep up with product and carrier training available through Shipley Legacy Group

Qualifications

• Currently or recently working in a commission-based role — any industry
• Comfortable building trust and holding focused conversations by phone or video
• Able to manage a pipeline, follow up without being prompted, and see a deal through
• A state life insurance license, or the ability to get one before writing business
• Reliable computer, phone, and internet connection for fully remote work

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with Shipley Legacy Group. Compensation is commission-based; no salary or hourly pay is provided. Earnings depend on individual production. If this is already how you work, we'd like to hear from you.
