Licensed Agent Ready to Lead — Remote Life Insurance Team Builder (1099)

Gillette, WY energy and operations professionals: Shipley Legacy Group is building a remote life insurance team and looking for licensed agents ready to lead. This is a 100% remote, work-from-home position serving the Gillette area and beyond — no commute, no office requirement. If you're already licensed, know how to work a pipeline, and want to help newer agents find their footing, we're a 17-agent remote team built by two people who started this work after losing close family members.

What you'll actually do

• Contact prospective clients and hold conversations about final expense and term life coverage needs
• Explain available policy options clearly and help clients complete their applications
• Follow submitted cases through underwriting and advocate when a file needs attention
• Mentor newer agents — share what works, join call reviews, and give honest feedback
• Contribute to the weekly team call and help shape a team culture built on straight talk
