Bilingual Life Insurance Agent — Serve Spanish-Speaking Families (Remote, 1099)

Shipley Legacy Group is seeking bilingual (Spanish/English) life insurance agents to serve Spanish-speaking families in the Hallowell, ME area. This is a 100% remote, work-from-home position — you'll work from wherever you are, serving clients across your market on a commission-based 1099 basis. Life insurance is undersold in these communities. That gap is the work.

What you'll actually do

• Reach out to prospective clients and schedule coverage conversations in Spanish or English
• Ask the right questions to understand each family's situation and protection needs
• Walk clients through available life insurance options clearly and in plain language
• Help clients complete applications and follow up with them through underwriting
• Stay organized, manage your own pipeline, and follow through on every callback

Who this is a fit for

• Bilingual communicators — Spanish and English — who are comfortable on the phone
• Currently licensed in life insurance, or genuinely willing to get licensed before selling
• Self-directed people who can run a remote schedule without being supervised
