Senior Sales Manager

Harlem, MT families deserve insurance protection tailored to their lives — and The Reid Agency is building a team to serve them. This is a remote, work-from-home position serving the Harlem, MT area. You'll help families and agricultural workers in and around Fort Belknap protect their futures on a 100% remote, sales career basis. This is a 1099 opportunity.

What you'll actually do

• Contact prospective clients & discover their needs
• Explain coverage options clearly and honestly — no pressure, just conversation
• Use available scripts and call reviews to sharpen your approach over time
• Build your own schedule around your life — school hours, evenings, whatever works

Compensation

This is a commission-only 1099 independent contractor role. There is no base salary — you are paid commissions on your own sales to clients. Nobody is paid for recruiting, and there are no fees to join.
