What You'll Actually Do
- Continue writing your own business across final expense, mortgage protection, term, and IUL product lines while also mentoring newer agents on your growing team
- Recruit, onboard, and coach agents who share your values — people who want to do this work with integrity and stay in it for the long haul
- Lead by example in a 100% remote environment, running virtual team calls, training sessions, and one-on-one check-ins that actually move people forward
- Operate as a true independent contractor with the flexibility and autonomy of running your own agency under a supportive umbrella organization
