• Meet with clients remotely to discuss life insurance, IUL, and family protection needs
• Present solutions from 50 carriers — not one product line, but the right one for each family
• Prospect, follow up, and manage your own pipeline without a manager hovering
• Sharpen your craft through trainings, calls and structured 1:1 mentorship
• Run your own appointment calendar — mornings, evenings, weekends, your call
• Build toward team leadership if that's where your ambition takes you
