Remote Entry-Level Sales Agent — Seeking Motivated Self-Starters

If you've got drive, grit, and a genuine desire to help families — The Reid Agency wants to hear from you. No prior sales experience is required to start. This is 100% remote 1099 position.

What you'll actually do

• Contact prospective clients and determine needs
• Listen to each family's situation and explain available policy options clearly
• Help clients complete and submit their applications accurately
• Follow each application through the underwriting process and stay in communication
• Shadow experienced agents and tap into available call reviews to sharpen your approach
• Build a consistent habit of follow-up and relationship care with your clients

Who this is a fit for

• You're coachable, self-motivated, and ready to learn
• You've held jobs that demanded talking to people, solving problems, and showing up consistently
• You're comfortable with 1099 opportunity — no quotas and no caps, not a W-2 position
• You have a fire burning inside and just need the right vehicle — James came from construction and in one year became the agency's top agent; Louann came from restaurants and is now launching her own agency
