The Reid Agency is hiring part-time, remote life insurance sales agents — and this role is open to people who have never worked in insurance. What you'll do
- Reach out to prospective clients and set up remote conversations about life insurance
- Set and run remote appointments to understand a family's situation before presenting any options
- Explain coverage options honestly and walk clients through an application together
- Follow each case through the carrier's review process and keep clients informed while it is pending
- Log activity and conversations in a web-based CRM as they happen
- Complete ongoing product and compliance training available through the agency
Qualifications
- No current insurance license required — the first two weeks are built around getting your state life insurance license before you sell
- U.S. citizen or permanent resident (green card holder)
- Reliable computer, phone, and internet connection for fully remote work
- Comfortable holding real conversations over phone or video — this job lives there
- Able to manage your own schedule and follow through without someone standing over you

Compensation
