Michelle came from property and casualty claims and is now an agency leader and trainer—helping families protect their future with retirement options while developing the next generation of agents. If you're a producer ready to go further, this role is built for you.

What you'll actually do

• Recruit, onboard, and mentor new agents joining your growing team
• Personally run client appointments while supporting your team's production
• Lead training sessions and coach newer agents through live call reviews
• Help team members move from licensing through their first real appointments
• Present life insurance, IUL, and annuity solutions from 50 carriers
• Build toward launching your own agency — the infrastructure is already here
