Remote Entry-Level Sales Rep - Training Provided

The Reid Agency is hiring an entry-level sales representative in San Angelo, TX for remote life insurance sales. People with 0–1 year of sales or related experience who are ready to learn and accept coaching are invited to apply.

What you'll do

• Speak with potential clients to understand their needs and explain life insurance options.
• Build client relationships through clear communication and consistent follow-up.
• Work with teammates to improve sales techniques and address client questions.
• Participate in training sessions to develop product knowledge and sales skills.
• Use computer systems to organize client information and record sales activity.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
• A coachable approach and willingness to learn from feedback.
• Computer skills and clear verbal and written communication with clients.
• Self-motivation, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to meet applicable life insurance licensing requirements before selling coverage.

Compensation
