National Sales Representative - Remote

The Reid Agency is hiring for remote life insurance sales with candidates in Leadville, CO. This National Sales Representative role calls for 1–3 years of sales experience, organized client follow-up, and comfort using remote sales tools.

What you'll do

• Develop sales plans and identify opportunities to build your client base.
• Build and maintain client relationships through clear communication and follow-up.
• Prepare and deliver remote sales presentations explaining life insurance options.
• Provide client service and respond to questions throughout the sales process.
• Work with teammates to share feedback and improve sales approaches.
• Use CRM software to track sales activity and keep client information organized.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience and willingness to keep improving through feedback.
• Clear verbal and written communication with a focus on listening to clients.
• Comfort using CRM software, Zoom, and Google Calendar to organize remote sales work.
• Self-direction, good time management, and a team-oriented approach to serving clients.
• Ability to meet applicable life insurance licensing requirements before selling coverage.

Compensation
