National Sales Representative - Remote

The Reid Agency is hiring candidates in Forest Park, IL for remote life insurance sales as a National Sales Representative. People with 1–3 years of sales experience who can work independently and respond to feedback are invited to apply.

What you'll do

• Develop sales plans and identify opportunities to build your client base.
• Build and maintain client relationships through clear communication and follow-up.
• Prepare and deliver remote sales presentations explaining life insurance options.
• Provide client service and respond to questions throughout the sales process.
• Work with teammates to share feedback and improve sales approaches.
• Use CRM software to track sales activity and keep client information organized.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience and willingness to keep improving through feedback.
• Clear verbal and written communication with a focus on listening to clients.
• Comfort using CRM software, Zoom, and Google Calendar to organize remote sales work.
• Self-direction, good time management, and a team-oriented approach to serving clients.
• Ability to meet applicable life insurance licensing requirements before selling coverage.

Compensation
