Remote Sales Representative — Career Changers Welcome

The Reid Agency is hiring remote life insurance sales agents in Everett, WA to help homeowners review mortgage protection options and apply for coverage that fits their family's needs. This is a remote, work-from-home position open to candidates in Everett, WA. The role welcomes career changers and people new to insurance who are ready to do real work, learn the business, and serve families across all 50 states.

What you'll do

• Reach out to homeowners and set up remote conversations about protecting their mortgage
• Hold remote appointments — by phone or video — to understand each family's situation before presenting anything
• Walk clients through coverage options and complete applications together online
• Keep clients informed while their application moves through the carrier's review process
• Log appointments, conversations, and follow-up tasks in the CRM as you work
• Build product knowledge through ongoing training — this is not a one-week onboarding and done

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen or permanent resident (green card holder)
• A state life insurance license, or a clear plan to obtain one — weeks one and two of onboarding are dedicated to licensing
• Comfortable holding professional conversations by phone and video
• Able to navigate web-based tools and keep records current without being reminded
• Reliable computer, phone, and internet connection

Compensation
