We're hiring 100% remote, commission-based 1099 life insurance agents across all 50 states, including those serving the Warren, VT area. This is a remote, work-from-home position — you'll run your business from wherever you choose, with the flexibility that seasonal and independent workers in your community understand.

What you'll actually do

• Contact prospective clients and set virtual appointments on a schedule you control
• Listen to what each family needs and explain coverage options without a script you didn't choose
• Guide clients through applications and follow their cases through underwriting
• Build your own pipeline through honest, disciplined outreach and follow-up
• Join weekly team calls and work closely with a 1:1 mentor who's done this work
• Spend weeks 1–2 earning your life insurance license before running a single appointment
