The Reid Agency is building a team of life insurance agents serving families across Connecticut and beyond—and we're looking for someone ready to own their own career. If you're in or around Granby, CT and you're tired of building someone else's future, we want to talk. This is a 100% remote, work-from-home position with no office requirement; you'll work on a schedule you control, serving clients across all 50 states on a commission-based 1099 structure.

What you'll actually do

• Contact prospective clients and set virtual appointments on a schedule you control
• Listen to what each family needs and explain coverage options without a script you didn't choose
• Guide clients through applications and follow their cases through underwriting
• Build your own pipeline through honest, disciplined outreach and follow-up
• Join weekly team calls and work closely with a 1:1 mentor who's done this work
• Spend weeks 1–2 earning your life insurance license before running a single appointment
