Independent Sales Professional - REMOTE

The Reid Agency is hiring candidates in Panama City Beach, FL for remote life insurance sales as an Independent Sales Professional. People with 1–3 years of sales or related experience who can organize their own work and maintain client relationships are invited to apply.

What you'll do

• Develop sales strategies and identify opportunities through networking and relationship building.
• Maintain client relationships by providing clear communication and responsive customer service.
• Prepare and deliver remote sales presentations explaining life insurance options.
• Research industry developments to stay informed about the sales environment.
• Use sales tools and CRM systems to organize client information and sales activity.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales or a related field.
• Strong communication skills and a focus on understanding client needs.
• Computer knowledge for managing sales tools and CRM systems.
• Self-motivation, initiative, and a collaborative approach to working with teammates.
• Ability to meet applicable life insurance licensing requirements before selling coverage.

Compensation
