GRADS - Remote Sales Opportunity

The Reid Agency is hiring candidates in New Iberia, LA for remote life insurance sales and welcomes recent graduates. This role combines remote presentations and client service with training and mentorship for people with 0–1 year of relevant experience.

What you'll do

• Build client relationships and ask questions to understand each family’s coverage needs.
• Conduct remote sales presentations explaining available life insurance options clearly.
• Work with teammates to develop problem-solving skills and sales techniques.
• Respond to client questions and provide support throughout the sales process.
• Continue learning about life insurance products so you can address client inquiries.
• Use computer systems to organize client information and track sales activity.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
• Computer skills and clear communication with clients and teammates.
• A teachable approach, strong work ethic, and focus on serving clients.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time in a remote setting.
• Ability to meet applicable life insurance licensing requirements before selling coverage.

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor role with commission-based pay from your own sales to clients. No salary or hourly pay is provided. Earnings depend on individual production. This is a sales role; nobody is paid for recruiting.
