Remote Sales Agent — Restaurant, Construction & Claims Pros

The Reid Agency is hiring remote sales agents in Gainesville, FL to help families review final expense life insurance options and apply for coverage. This is a remote, work-from-home position. The role is a strong fit for career changers — people from restaurant, construction, claims, or similar backgrounds who already know how to connect with others and follow through.

What you'll do

• Reach out to prospective final expense clients and schedule remote conversations
• Learn each client's situation — budget, health context, and coverage goals — before presenting any options
• Walk clients through policy choices and complete applications together over the phone or video
• Track each pending case through to policy issuance and keep clients informed while it is in process
• Log calls, appointments, and notes in the agency CRM as they happen
• Complete product, carrier, and compliance training on a continuing basis — not just in week one

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen or permanent resident (green card holder)
• A state life insurance license, or the capacity to obtain one before your first sale — the onboarding plan sets aside weeks 1 and 2 specifically for licensing
• Comfortable working by phone and video with people from a wide range of backgrounds
• Reliable computer, phone, and internet connection for fully remote work
• Self-directed follow-through — you manage your own schedule and keep your pipeline moving

Compensation
