The Reid Agency is hiring entry-level sales reps to serve families across Milford, DE and beyond. This is a remote, work-from-home position — you'll run virtual appointments and build your client base entirely online, working from wherever suits you best. Most entry-level roles ask you to fit inside someone else's box. This isn't that. We're 100% remote and looking for early-career individuals — people with drive and grit who want to own their results from day one, not wait years for permission to prove themselves.

What you'll actually do

• Earn your life insurance license in weeks 1–2 — the process is guided, not guesswork
• Shadow experienced agents and start booking appointments by week three
• Have real conversations with families about protecting what matters most to them
• Run your own virtual appointments across all 50 states we operate in
• Build a client base and, if leadership calls to you, start growing a team
• Stay connected through weekly team calls with 40 agents invested in each other's success
