This is a 100% remote, work-from-home position serving the Odessa, TX area — you'll work from anywhere while building real relationships with clients in your target market. No prior sales experience is required to start. This is 100% remote, commission-based 1099 work, and it is not a salaried position.

What you'll actually do

• Contact prospective clients and determine needs
• Listen to each family's situation and explain available policy options clearly
• Help clients complete and submit their applications accurately
• Follow each application through the underwriting process and stay in communication
• Shadow experienced agents and tap into available call reviews to sharpen your approach
• Build a consistent habit of follow-up and relationship care with your clients
