This is a remote, work-from-home position serving the Gary, IN area. You'll be working 100% on commission as a 1099 independent contractor, not as a salaried employee.

What you'll actually do

• Contact prospective clients and determine needs
• Listen to each family's situation and explain available policy options clearly
• Help clients complete and submit their applications accurately
• Follow each application through the underwriting process and stay in communication
• Shadow experienced agents and tap into available call reviews to sharpen your approach
• Build a consistent habit of follow-up and relationship care with your clients
