Remote Entry-Level Sales Agent — Self-Starters from Any Background (Remote, 1099)

Serving Decorah, IA and the surrounding northeast Iowa region, The Reid Agency is looking for driven, genuine people who want to help families protect what matters most. This is a 100% remote, work-from-home position — you'll be based wherever you are, serving clients across Iowa and beyond. No prior sales experience is required to start. This is commission-based 1099 work, and it is not a salaried position.

What you'll actually do

• Contact prospective clients and determine needs
• Listen to each family's situation and explain available policy options clearly
• Help clients complete and submit their applications accurately
• Follow each application through the underwriting process and stay in communication
• Shadow experienced agents and tap into available call reviews to sharpen your approach
• Build a consistent habit of follow-up and relationship care with your clients
