Elite Sales Professional - Remote

The Reid Agency is hiring candidates in North Smithfield, RI for remote life insurance sales. This opportunity is for self-directed sales professionals who value client service and are willing to keep improving through training and feedback.

What you'll do

• Talk with individuals and families about life insurance needs and available policy options.
• Build client relationships and manage your sales pipeline from initial conversation through a sale.
• Explain coverage in clear language so clients can make informed decisions.
• Keep client information and sales activity organized using the agency’s systems.
• Manage your client relationships independently while staying engaged with training and mentorship.

• Sales professionals with a self-directed approach and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong communication skills and a focus on serving each client.
• Computer skills to manage sales tools and client information.
• Willingness to accept coaching and keep developing your sales approach.
• Ability to meet applicable life insurance licensing requirements before selling coverage.

Compensation
