What you'll actually do

• Reach out to families who have requested information about whole life coverage
• Hold coverage conversations by phone or video — listen first, present second
• Explain whole life options honestly, including what they cover and what they don't
• Help clients complete their applications and follow each case through underwriting
• Use the provided CRM to manage follow-ups and keep your pipeline current
