What you'll actually do
- Work your own client base across term, whole life, and final expense products
- Recruit and onboard new agents joining your team
- Conduct ride-alongs and call reviews to develop the agents you mentor
- Hold coverage conversations, help complete applications, and follow cases through underwriting
- Use the provided CRM to manage both your pipeline and your team's activity
- Draw on multiple carrier relationships to find the right fit for every client
