- Contact prospective clients who have requested information about final expense coverage
- Schedule and hold phone conversations to understand each client's situation
- Walk clients through final expense options from multiple represented carriers honestly and clearly
- Help interested clients complete their application and guide it through underwriting
- Manage your pipeline and follow-up activity inside a provided CRM
- Participate in weekly team calls and one-on-one mentor check-ins
