MW Agency is looking for a bilingual Spanish-English life insurance agent for 100% remote, commission-based 1099 term life sales. Spanish-speaking families are often underserved in this space — if you can have that conversation in their language, the work matters more than most.
What you'll actually do
- Contact Spanish-speaking and English-speaking prospective clients about term life coverage
- Conduct consultations in the client's preferred language to understand their family's needs
- Explain term life options from multiple available carriers plainly and without pressure
- Help clients complete their application and follow it through underwriting
- Keep your pipeline organized inside a provided CRM
- Join weekly team calls and 1:1 mentor sessions to keep sharpening your skills
