This is a commission-based 1099 opportunity — you'll work from anywhere while serving clients across Harrison County and beyond.

What you'll actually do

• Work your own client base across term, whole life, and final expense products
• Recruit and onboard new agents joining your team
• Conduct ride-alongs and call reviews to develop the agents you mentor
• Hold coverage conversations, help complete applications, and follow cases through underwriting
• Use the provided CRM to manage both your pipeline and your team's activity
• Draw on multiple carrier relationships to find the right fit for every client
