Are you a licensed life insurance agent in the Mount Prospect, IL area looking to scale beyond solo sales? MW Agency is seeking experienced team leads ready to build and mentor their own agents while growing a sustainable client base. This is a 100% remote, work-from-home position serving Mount Prospect, IL and surrounding markets. You'll work on commission as a 1099 independent contractor — no base pay — and your income comes directly from the life insurance policies you place with your own clients.

What you'll actually do

• Work your own client base across term, whole life, and final expense products
• Recruit and onboard new agents joining your team
• Conduct ride-alongs and call reviews to develop the agents you mentor
• Hold coverage conversations, help complete applications, and follow cases through underwriting
• Use the provided CRM to manage both your pipeline and your team's activity
• Draw on multiple carrier relationships to find the right fit for every client
