Remote Life Insurance Team Lead – Build and Mentor Your Own Team

MW Agency is seeking an experienced, licensed life insurance agent in the Jasper, IN area ready to build and lead your own team. This is a remote, work-from-home position — you'll serve clients across Indiana and beyond from wherever you choose to work. We're a 100% remote, commission-based 1099 organization looking for people who want to grow beyond solo sales and mentor agents who share your drive.

What you'll actually do

• Work your own client base across term, whole life, and final expense products
• Recruit and onboard new agents joining your team
• Conduct ride-alongs and call reviews to develop the agents you mentor
• Hold coverage conversations, help complete applications, and follow cases through underwriting
• Use the provided CRM to manage both your pipeline and your team's activity
• Draw on multiple carrier relationships to find the right fit for every client
