What you'll actually do

• Reach out to prospective clients interested in whole life or permanent life coverage
• Schedule and hold structured phone consultations about each family's long-term needs
• Walk clients through policy options from multiple represented carriers — clearly, no pressure
• Help clients complete their application and guide it through underwriting
• Track follow-up and client notes inside a provided CRM
• Show up for weekly team calls and one-on-one mentorship sessions with MW Agency
