This is a remote, work-from-home position serving Taos and surrounding communities. If you can explain something complex in plain terms and actually listen to what someone needs, this work is a genuine fit.

What you'll actually do

• Contact prospective clients who are exploring term life coverage for their families
• Schedule and hold phone consultations — fully remote, no commute, no office
• Listen carefully, ask the right questions, and explain options without jargon
• Walk interested clients through the application and follow it through underwriting
• Track conversations and next steps inside a provided CRM
• Participate in weekly team calls and regular 1:1 mentor sessions
