MW Agency is actively recruiting experienced life insurance agents to serve homeowners in Superior, WI and surrounding areas. This is a remote, work-from-home position offering 100% commission-based 1099 mortgage protection sales. You bring your license and your work ethic — we bring multiple carriers and a straight-shooting team behind you.

What you'll actually do

• Reach out to homeowners who have expressed interest in mortgage protection coverage
• Hold structured phone consultations to identify each family's real coverage needs
• Present suitable options from MW Agency's portfolio of multiple represented carriers
• Help clients complete applications and follow them through the underwriting process
• Manage your pipeline and follow-up activity inside a provided CRM
• Contribute what is working during weekly calls with our agency team
