IUL & Annuity Sales Agent – Remote (Experienced Licensed Agents)

MW Agency is hiring experienced, licensed life insurance agents to serve the Hays, KS area with indexed universal life and annuity sales. This is a remote, work-from-home position — you'll work 100% remotely on a commission-based 1099 basis, connecting with clients across multiple states from wherever you choose to work.

What you'll actually do

• Contact clients who have inquired about permanent life and retirement-focused coverage
• Hold in-depth product conversations by phone or video from wherever you work
• Learn each client's long-term goals and explain how specific products honestly address them
• Walk clients through the application process and follow cases through underwriting
• Stay current on IUL and annuity offerings across MW Agency's multiple represented carriers
• Manage your pipeline independently using the provided CRM
