Bilingual Life Insurance Sales Agent – Spanish/English, Remote

MW Agency is hiring a bilingual Spanish-English life insurance agent to serve families and business owners throughout the Hyannis, MA area. This is a remote, work-from-home position — you'll conduct all consultations and client management online, from anywhere. Spanish-speaking families in your market are often underserved in this space — if you can have that conversation in their language, the work matters more than most.

What you'll actually do

• Contact Spanish-speaking and English-speaking prospective clients about term life coverage
• Conduct consultations in the client's preferred language to understand their family's needs
• Explain term life options from multiple available carriers plainly and without pressure
• Help clients complete their application and follow it through underwriting
• Keep your pipeline organized inside a provided CRM
• Join weekly team calls and 1:1 mentor sessions to keep sharpening your skills
