Bilingual Life Insurance Sales Agent – Spanish/English, Remote

MW Agency is hiring bilingual Spanish-English life insurance agents to serve Hanover, PA families and communities across the region. This is a remote, work-from-home position — you'll be based wherever you are, conducting sales and consultations entirely online and by phone, serving Hanover and beyond. If you speak Spanish and English fluently and want to help underserved families protect what matters most, this role exists for you.

What you'll actually do

• Contact Spanish-speaking and English-speaking prospective clients about term life coverage
• Conduct consultations in the client's preferred language to understand their family's needs
• Explain term life options from multiple available carriers plainly and without pressure
• Help clients complete their application and follow it through underwriting
• Keep your pipeline organized inside a provided CRM
• Join weekly team calls and 1:1 mentor sessions to keep sharpening your skills
