What you'll actually do
- Reach out to prospective clients and schedule life insurance coverage conversations
- Learn what each client actually needs and walk them through their options clearly
- Help clients complete applications and follow each case through underwriting
- Grow your own book of business through consistent outreach and disciplined follow-through
- As your agency grows, mentor newer agents — while your pay stays rooted in your own client sales
- Stay current on carrier products so every client conversation is grounded and honest
