This role is remote — the markets are where we are actively recruiting.
You've put in real years in sales. Now you want something you can actually own — and hand down. This is a 100% remote, commission-based 1099 opportunity for driven sales professionals ready to grow a client base and build an agency that outlasts them.
What you'll actually do
- Contact prospective clients to open conversations about life insurance needs
- Schedule and hold coverage consultations by phone or video — no office required
- Learn each client's situation and walk them through options from top-rated carriers
- Help clients complete applications and follow their cases through underwriting
- Mentor newer agents on your growing team and run regular coaching check-ins
- Build your own book of business as the foundation everything else stands on
Who this is a fit for
- Sales professionals with 1–3 years of experience who are coachable and take initiative
- People who lead by example — veterans, faith-driven leaders, former coaches
- Those who want to build something with staying power, not just a paycheck
- Goal-oriented self-starters who follow through without being managed closely
- U.S.-based individuals authorized to work in the U.S. who can pass a background check
- Currently life-insurance licensed, or willing to obtain licensure before selling
