Remote Life Insurance Agent — Agency Builder (1099, Commission-Based)

Are you a sales professional in or serving the Oconomowoc, WI area ready to build your own insurance business? This is a 100% remote, work-from-home position — you'll work entirely from wherever you choose while serving clients throughout the region. If you're an experienced seller who wants to grow a personal client base and, over time, lead a team you're proud of, let's talk.

What you'll actually do

• Reach out to prospective clients and schedule life insurance coverage conversations
• Learn what each client actually needs and walk them through their options clearly
• Help clients complete applications and follow each case through underwriting
• Grow your own book of business through consistent outreach and disciplined follow-through
• As your agency grows, mentor newer agents — while your pay stays rooted in your own client sales
• Stay current on carrier products so every client conversation is grounded and honest
