What you'll actually do

• Contact prospective clients to open conversations about life insurance needs
• Schedule and hold coverage consultations by phone or video — no office required
• Learn each client's situation and walk them through options from top-rated carriers
• Help clients complete applications and follow their cases through underwriting
• Mentor newer agents on your growing team and run regular coaching check-ins
• Build your own book of business as the foundation everything else stands on

Who this is a fit for

• Sales professionals with 1–3 years of experience who are coachable and take initiative
