This is a 100% remote, work-from-home position serving the Muncie, IN area. You'll sell life insurance, grow your own client base, and build an agency on your own terms from day one.

What you'll actually do

• Contact prospective clients, schedule coverage conversations, and follow through consistently
• Learn each client's situation and explain life insurance options clearly and honestly
• Help clients complete applications and guide them through underwriting
• Recruit, mentor, and support newer agents as you build your team — your own income comes from your personal life insurance sales to clients
• Stay current on products across multiple top-rated carriers so you can match the right coverage to the right person
• Run your agency with the coaching and systems provided from day one
