What you'll actually do

• Contact prospective clients and schedule coverage conversations by phone or video
• Learn each client's situation and present life insurance options that actually fit their needs
• Help clients complete applications and guide them through the underwriting process
• Recruit and mentor newer agents, running sales reviews and sharing what works
• Work across dozens of top-rated carriers to match people with the right coverage
• Sharpen your craft through ongoing elite coaching and professional development
