What You'll Actually Do

• Connect with Spanish-speaking clients who have requested information about life insurance and walk them through their options — in their language, on their terms.
• Help families choose term life or final expense policies that genuinely protect them — without overselling or rushing the conversation.
• Manage your own schedule, your own follow-ups, and your own relationships with clients.

Who This Is a Fit For

• Fluent Spanish-English speakers who can explain financial concepts clearly and earn trust across cultures.
• People with a background in community work, healthcare, social services, or sales — or none of the above, as long as you're coachable and motivated.
• You may already be licensed, or you may need to get licensed. Either way, we'll point you in the right direction.
