What you'll actually do

- Schedule and hold phone conversations to understand each client's health and situation
- Walk clients through available policy options that fit their needs and budget
- Help complete applications and follow each one through underwriting
- Manage follow-up calls and keep your own pipeline organized daily
- Track your activity and results without anyone managing your every move
