- Listen carefully to each client's situation before explaining how whole life or IUL coverage works
- Walk clients through policy options clearly and accurately — no jargon, no shortcuts
- Help clients complete their applications and follow each one through the underwriting process
- Use provided scripts and participate in structured call reviews to keep developing your skills
- Show up for weekly team calls and meet regularly with your 1:1 mentor
