What you'll actually do
- Contact prospective Spanish-speaking clients and open conversations about final expense coverage
- Conduct needs conversations in Spanish, making the process clear and comfortable for every client
- Explain available final expense policy options honestly in the language the client knows best
- Help clients complete their applications accurately and walk with them through underwriting
- Follow up consistently and keep every client informed from application to approval
- Join weekly team calls and work closely with your assigned 1:1 mentor at the Engbrecht Agency
