What you'll actually do

• Reach out to prospective clients and start straightforward conversations about term life coverage
• Run structured calls to understand what protection each family actually needs — then explain your options clearly
• Present term life policy choices honestly and without pressure tactics
• Help clients complete their applications and stay with them through the underwriting process
• Manage your remote workday with the follow-through and discipline you already know how to bring
• Participate in weekly team calls and a 1:1 mentor relationship built into your onboarding
