The Engbrecht Agency is hiring for a 100% remote, commission-based 1099 role helping families and ranchers secure the term life coverage they need. This is a remote, work-from-home position serving the Faith, SD area.
What you'll actually do
- Reach out to prospective clients and start straightforward conversations about term life coverage
- Run structured calls to understand what protection each family actually needs — then explain your options clearly
- Present term life policy choices honestly and without pressure tactics
- Help clients complete their applications and stay with them through the underwriting process
- Manage your remote workday with the follow-through and discipline you already know how to bring
- Participate in weekly team calls and a 1:1 mentor relationship built into your onboarding
