Remote Life Insurance Agent – Whole Life & IUL (Former Educators Welcome)

Are you in the Sundance, WY area and looking for meaningful work that values clear communication and genuine client relationships? The Engbrecht Agency is hiring remote life insurance agents for a 100% remote, commission-based 1099 role — whole life and indexed universal life (IUL) products. This is a work-from-home position; you'll serve clients across the region from wherever you choose to work.

What you'll actually do

• Reach out to prospective clients and begin conversations about permanent life insurance options
• Listen carefully to each client's situation before explaining how whole life or IUL coverage works
• Walk clients through policy options clearly and accurately — no jargon, no shortcuts
• Help clients complete their applications and follow each one through the underwriting process
• Use provided scripts and participate in structured call reviews to keep developing your skills
• Show up for weekly team calls and meet regularly with your 1:1 mentor
